High-Pressure Combustion of Transient Dense Sprays
This NSF-funded project was a theoretical,numerical, and experimental investigation of the relationship between spray physics and NOx emissions. The overall goal of this research effort was to improve the understanding of the relationship between fuel injection as a controlling parameter for diesel engines and engine performance in terms of emissions. This was a collaboration with Prof. Parker at CSM.
