This DOE-funded program developed an innovative manufacturing technique, spray rolling, to produce aluminum net-shape products. This was a collaboration between UC Davis, INEEL, and CSM. Our contribution focused on the development of an integrated process model for the spray forming and reactive spray forming processes.
